Here's on decision I'll go ahead and make for you: get the guac. Savor this salty, and sometime sweet life. Or if you don't have time for Chiptole, or are just want to make some, here's my go-to recipe.
What You Need:
1 large avocado, diced in chunks
1 roma tomato, chopped
3 stems cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
Juice of half a lime
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Pinch of garlic salt
What To Do:
- Mash the avocados in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in until well mixed.
Mash and munch, and remember you're not alone.
